Good, informative video. The length of the video is great. I had been struggling with going through the whole length of the other SCRUM videos. (Actually I could not watch any till the end since they became boring in no time). Thanks a lot Hamid.

That was a remarkable effective Video , giving usd Scrum "dummies" a quick and informative introduction to Scrum.. Much of it recognized from the learing of project management, but now in a defined system.

Well done..
Thanks.

Your comment that the daily meetings are not part of the Scrum core for experienced users is misleading. They are in fact one of the cornerstones as they function to set daily goals and commitments inside the team.

Good job indeed!

Although a colleague in http://www.agile-spain.com accurately pointed out that you forgot to mention retrospectives as a tool to obtain feedback from the team and demos to obtain feedback from the users. We firmly believe that Scrum is a process that looks for a continuous improvement (please see an old post from Jeff Sutherland http://jeffsutherland.com/scrum/2007/02/kaizen-mind-essential-to-high.html about the "Kaizen Mind").

Best regards,
JMB
