We are a customer, can we be added or removed from your customer map?
The companies that have been chosen for display in the customer map are limited for technical reasons. Therefore, we currently
are not adding any additional customers to this map. However, if your company is listed on the map and you wish to be removed
please email us at sales@axosoft.com and indicate that you would like to opt-out of being displayed on the Axosoft Customer Map.
Are these all of your customers?
No. Axosoft has over 5,000
OnTime clients (not counting our free single-user licensees).
We trimmed down the list, because Google Maps slowed down to unacceptable speeds
when we added
more than 600 or so clients. Even though we're listing fewer
than 1 in 8 customers, the map does a good job of representing OnTime's global reach and appeal.
Aren't you worried competitors will try to recruit your customers?
No. Axosoft's OnTime users are the product's biggest fans, because they're shipping
software on time and on budget. Our clients are smart people who have done their due diligence
before choosing OnTime and are now experiencing its benefits along with Axosoft's great support.
Axosoft
has a long history of innovating and moving the
software project management
world
forward with each major release of OnTime. We're constantly working
to out-do ourselves and set new standards of excellence, ensuring our clients have
the best set of tools to keep their teams running smoothly.
Why don't you have any customers in [STATE/COUNTRY]?
There are 3 main reasons:
- Google's geocoding doesn't work for that country (surprisingly, this is true for
the UK and many other countries).
- Customers in that region just happened to get filtered out when we shrunk
down our list of clients to improve loading and browsing times (see the first question
and answer of this FAQ)..
- No one in that particular location has purchased OnTime yet. This can be common
in regions where we don't offer the local language (so far we have English,
Spanish, French, German and Japanese versions).
How did you guys do this?
You can find more details about the customer maps project on Hamid's blog (Axosoft's founder).
