OT-302: Scrum in OnTime (free)

Recommended For: Agile / Scrum Teams, their OnTime Administrators and Users 60 Min.

Description:  With OnTime, there are plenty of software methodologies that your team can use in tandem with OnTime to develop more efficiently. OnTime 302 is all about implementing Scrum using OnTime. This class walks you through creating and prioritizing your backlog of work in OnTime, organizing your work into development sprints and tracking your work in progress using burndown charts. Attendees will also see advanced usage of the releases treeview pane, burndown charts and planning board in OnTime.


OT-101: End-User Essentials (free)

Recommended For: OnTime users & administrators 60 Min.

Description:  End User Essentials covers the basics of what your team will need to know for daily use of OnTime, navigating around the OnTime interface, making the most of the OnTime Main Grid, running reports, adding and editing work items and using the OnTime planning board.

   

OT-102: OnTime for Administrators (free)

Recommended For: OnTime administrators 60 Min.

Description:  OnTime for Administrators is designed for your OnTime administrator(s) and covers security for your users and customers, configuring the OnTime Customer Portal, email settings and global system options in OnTime.

OT-301: Dashboards and Reporting

Recommended For: OnTime Administrators & Project Managers 60 Min.

Description: This class focuses on gaining an overhead view of what's going on before, during and after development in OnTime by visualizing or reporting off of the wealth of information that OnTime can gather. Attendees of this class will learn how to configure and read the charts in OnTime's three dashboards, run and create a report as well as export data in CSV format for other applications.


OT-201: Project Management with OnTime

Recommended For: OnTime Administrators & Project Managers 60 Min.

Description: This first of two Project Management classes covers the basics of what you'll need to control your development process such as customizing the data you'll be collecting via custom fields and list types, controlling your development process with field templates and workflow, and keeping you and your team in the loop with email notifications.

   

OT-202: Security with OnTime

Recommended For: OnTime Administrators & Project Managers 60 Min.

Description: Advanced Project Management with OnTime builds on the material learned in OT-201 and covers customizing projects in OnTime with their own field templates and workflow, creating advanced email rules with alerts and shipping software on time using releases in OnTime.
