Standup Mode
Prepare and organize your daily standups (or daily Scrums) effortlessly. Standup Mode shows total work assigned to each team member, how much work is remaining, how many hours users have logged, and current velocity. You can be sure you’re not over-working some team members while under-utilizing others, and that work is proceeding on schedule. There's even a built-in timer to ensure your meeting runs at a good pace.
Shareable tabs
Take the customization and scope of your Axosoft environment to the next level. Tabs are an intuitive way to manage your workspace, allowing you to focus on all or one specific item type, just your own assigned items, or whatever filter criteria you want—even the card view layout can be saved! Filters and tabs can also be shared with the rest of your team. What's more, with customizable security roles, your team members will only see what they need to and won't feel overwhelmed.
Notifications and alerts
Sometimes important information falls through the cracks… unacceptable in your world, right? We think so too. Now, you can send automated emails when items are updated or certain conditions are met. You guys text a lot? We do too. Sally’s always looking at her phone so critical items can be sent through SMS (in the U.S. only). Oh Sally, BRB.
Axosoft Wiki
Yay! You got your team a wiki. Instead of using multiple emails, chats, or tiny messages via carrier pigeon, Axosoft’s wiki is the perfect organized space where you can create and track unlimited documents: brainstorms, code guidelines, current versions of documentation, tutorials, and more. Use team editing to collaborate on documents or restrict editing and visibility permissions with your security settings. Even make certain wiki pages public via your Portal.
